Objective:
To connect customers with Financial advisors, to have effective and meaningful conversations, when and where they prefer.

Description:
During the events of 2020, a digital tool to book appointments and connect customers and financial advisors was more relevant than ever for the financial sector. But we didn’t want just to create a date and time selector, we wanted to connect the customers with the right advisor.

I had the design task to bring this tool to production, making sure that every person, regardless of their digital platform or device of preference, had access to support they neededfrom the right financial advisor.
